[soci-users] List or pull requests for SOCI 3.2.3

Hi,

Despite time constraints, I'd like to close the long-delayed chapter
of SOCI 3.2.3 within next 1-2 weeks.

I realise there is number of pull requests with fixes that are safe to apply
into SOCI 3.2.x line, so let's make a list.

I need your hand with some quick reviews to build a list of candidates
for release 3.2.3. Please, have a look at open PRs:
https://github.com/SOCI/soci/pulls

and if you see anything that can be safely applied into 3.2.3,
assign it to milestone 3.2.3 (if you have this option enabled)
or simply add comment: "I propose it for 3.2.3"
